WHAT ARE CHAKRAS? What do Chakras Do? How Many Chakras Do I Have?

There are 7 main Chakras, and some believe there are many other additional chakras as well. Chakras (meaning “wheel” or “disk”) are vital energy centers located along our spine that run from the base of your spine to the top of your head. Chakras are considered the centers of spiritual power in the human body.
