Uniquely hand made…

I personally hand make each unique piece of jewelry with the intention of creating something beautiful that you Love to wear to support your self healing.

I hand knot each strand of mala beads and make each bracelet, truth dowsing pendulum and other jewelry that I sell. I consciously choose all gemstones and other jewelry findings that I include in the jewelry I make with the intention to create something beautiful that will bring you excitement and Joy each time you wear your special piece of jewelry or use your healing crystals and stones.

I also consciously consider the unique healing properties of each set of stones that I put together in each mala necklace or bracelet. Gemstones are believed to hold powerful healing vibrations that can be used to support your personal spiritual healing journey. You can choose different stones and mala beads that resonate with each phase of your healing and spiritual growth path.

I create a variety of jewelry to support a diversity of spiritual beliefs including mala bead necklaces, meditation beads, mantra beads, chakra jewelry, prayer necklaces and other spiritual jewelry.

Exclusive advantage of choosing True Healing Source jewelry: All hand knotted Meditation + Yoga mala bead necklaces include a unique customized affirmation or mantra that is specific to the qualities of the gemstones and other materials in the necklace. The special affirmation will be beautifully printed on a card that is included with your purchase.

True Healing Source also offers a variety of hand crafted mala bead bracelets. Most of the beaded bracelets can be duplicated, however we also offer a selection of One of a Kind beaded bracelets for you to choose from, too.

What are Mala Beads?

Prayer beads or Malas (Sanskrit: mālā “garland”) are a traditional tool used to count the number of times a mantra is recited, breaths while meditating, counting prostrations, or the repetitions of a Buddha’s name or during prayer. Traditionally a Mala is a a strand of 108, 54, 27 or 21 beads and is usually hand knotted with wood or stone or natural seed beads. Many people wear Malas for reasons other than spiritual practice + meditation. Some people wear their Mala beads simply for beauty, some wear them for manifesting and some wear them as a reminder of their intentions on as they walk their sacred self healing path. However you choose to wear or use your Mala is always perfect in every way.

It is customary to hold your mala in your right hand, draped between your middle and index fingers. Starting at the guru bead, use your thumb to count each smaller bead, pulling it toward you as you recite your mantra. Do this 108 times, traveling around the mala, until you once again reach the guru bead.

I use a combination of natural gemstones, crystal, wood and other materials since they hold different frequencies and many different healing qualities. I design each mala bead necklace or other piece of spiritual healing jewelry with the intention to use with meditation or yoga, Chakra healing or to help clear a resonating physical or emotional issue. I choose stones with specific healing properties but also for the beauty and aesthetics of how the stones, wood and metals look as a whole.

True Healing Source offers a variety of one of a kind finished mala beads and spiritual jewelry or you can request a custom mala beads.

What is a Mantra?

What is a Mantra? For most a mantra is a statement or slogan repeated frequently to bring about a desired effect or shift in your life and way of being and showing up in the World.
The original meaning of Mantra is based in Hinduism and Buddhism and means a word or sound that you repeat to aid in concentration in meditation.

What Are Chakras?

There are 7 main Chakras, and some believe there are other additional chakras as well.Chakras (meaning “wheel” or “disk”) are vital energy centers located along our spine that run from the base of your spine to the top of your head. Chakras are considered the centers of spiritual power in the human body.

There are many benefits to balancing your chakras. In order for our bodies to function in an optimal way, all of our 7 chakras need to be balanced and allowing our energy to flow smoothly through our bodies. If one of the energy centres is not functioning well, then the others won’t function as well as they should

Each chakra is associated with different qualities of spiritual and mental health and all the seven chakras are connected to the various organs and glands within the body.

You can choose chakra jewelry to help balance your chakras. Each stone has a different vibration and is associated with a specific chakra or multiple chakras.
