“My Love of Energy Healing, Self Healing, Meditation, Spirituality and Gemstones comes together through my creations in True Healing Source Jewelry” ~ Yvette
I hand knot each strand of mala beads and consciously choose all gemstones and other jewelry findings that are included in your necklace with the intention to create something beautiful that will bring you excitement and Joy each time you wear your special piece of jewelry or use your healing mala with meditation or yoga.
I also consciously consider the unique healing properties of each set of stones that I put together in each mala or necklace. Gemstones are believed to hold powerful frequencies that can be used to support your personal spiritual growth journey. You can choose different stones with different vibrations that resonate with each phase of your healing and spiritual growth path.
I create a variety of jewelry to support a diversity of spiritual beliefs including mala beads and necklaces, meditation necklaces, mantra beads, chakra jewelry, prayer necklaces and other spiritual jewelry and healing jewelry.
WHAT ARE MALA BEADS?
Prayer beads or Malas (Sanskrit: mālā “garland”) are a traditional tool used to count the number of times a mantra is recited, breaths while meditating, counting prostrations, or the repetitions of a Buddha’s name or during prayer. Traditionally a Mala is a a strand of 108, 54, 27 or 21 beads and is usually hand knotted with wood or stone or natural seed beads. Many people wear Malas for reasons other than spiritual practice + meditation. Some people wear their Mala beads simply for beauty, some wear them for manifesting and some wear them as a reminder of their intentions on as they walk their sacred self healing path. However you choose to wear or use your Mala is always perfect in every way.
It is customary to hold your mala in your right hand, draped between your middle and index fingers. Starting at the guru bead, use your thumb to count each smaller bead, pulling it toward you as you recite your mantra. Do this 108 times, traveling around the mala, until you once again reach the guru bead.
True Healing Source offers a variety of one of a kind finished mala beads and spiritual jewelry or you can request a custom mala beads.
What is a Mantra?
What is a Mantra? A mantra is similar to an affirmation. For most a mantra is a statement or slogan repeated frequently to bring about a desired effect or shift in your life and way of being and showing up in the World.
The original meaning of Mantra is based in Hinduism and Buddhism and means a word or sound that you repeat to aid in concentration in meditation.
WHAT ARE CHAKRAS?
There are 7 main Chakras, and some believe there are other additional chakras as well.Chakras (meaning “wheel” or “disk”) are vital energy centers located along our spine that run from the base of your spine to the top of your head. Chakras are considered the centers of spiritual power in the human body.
There are many benefits to balancing your chakras. In order for our bodies to function in an optimal way, all of our 7 chakras need to be balanced and allowing our energy to flow smoothly through our bodies. If one of the energy centres is not functioning well, then the others won’t function as well as they should
Each chakra is associated with different qualities of spiritual and mental health and all the seven chakras are connected to the various organs and glands within the body.
You can choose chakra jewelry to help balance your chakras. Each stone has a different vibration and is associated with a specific chakra or multiple chakras.
