I am a certified Energy Healer in multiple methods including diagnostic level (and above) for meridian tapping energy healing methods and I have been studying & practicing energy healing, spiritual healing & meditation for over 15 years. At first, I began creating mala beads because of my love of meditation, healing & beautiful gemstones and crystals…so, I chose to create my very own mala necklace.

I soon fell in Love with the process of stringing the beads and knotting the beads as I was beading each necklace and I felt so connected to my Creative Self. I was really enjoying the creative aspect as an artist watching each necklace come to life and witnessing the end result and unique beauty of each mala. As an alternative healer, I loved the fact that each stone or crystal holds different energetic healing properties, too!

I began receiving compliments for my mala beads as I wore them out and about. And, people would ask if I sold my mala beads. I began feeling really excited about sharing my creations with the World and so I decided to open a shop online and sell some of my creations.

Other ideas came forth including adding a Universal energy healing code with a special mantra for self empowerment to each purchase including mala beads, healing bracelets, meditation jewelry, healing crystals & gemstones and energy dowsing pendulums. That way everyone received something extra special! Delish!

“Prayer beads or Malas (Sanskrit: mālā “garland”) are a traditional tool used to count the number of times a mantra is recited, breaths while meditating, counting prostrations, or the repetitions of a Buddha’s name or during prayer –
much like the Catholic rosary. “

This sādhanā (practice) is known in Sanskrit as japa. Malas are typically made with 18, 27, 54 or 108 beads. In Tibetan Buddhism, malas of 108 beads are used. Traditionally mala necklaces come as a string of 108 beads (plus one for the “guru bead”). The number’s significance is open to interpretation. But 108 has long been considered a sacred number in Hinduism and yoga

It is customary to hold your mala in your right hand, draped between your middle and index fingers. Starting at the guru bead, use your thumb to count each smaller bead, pulling it toward you as you recite your mantra. Do this 108 times, traveling around the mala, until you once again reach the guru bead.

Yoga on the Beach

Yvette uses a combination of natural gemstones, crystal, wood and other materials since they hold different frequencies and many different healing qualities. Yvette designs each mala beads necklace or other piece of spiritual healing jewelry with the intention to use with meditation or yoga, Chakra healing or to help clear a resonating physical or emotional issue. She choose stones with specific healing properties but also for the beauty and aesthetics of how the stones, wood and metals look as a whole.

True Healing Source offers a variety of one of a kind finished mala beads and spiritual jewelry or you can request a custom mala beads.
