A gentle, supportive approach to self-love, unmasking, and emotional healing through coaching and energy healing.

  • Will I be expected to talk a lot or open up quickly?

  • What if I don’t know where to start?

This page is here to give you clarity, so you can feel safe and grounded in your decision.

Hi, I’m Yvette.

As a highly sensitive, late-identified autistic woman, I know how exhausting it can be to spend years masking who you are. My intention is to create a space where you can simply be yourself.

My approach

My work combines coaching and energy healing in a gentle, client-led way.

These sessions are not about pushing you to change who you are, there is nothing “wrong” with you.

They are about helping you slowly release the patterns that have caused you to abandon yourself, such as masking, people-pleasing (no boundaries), emotional over-responsibility, and self-criticism.

Everything is guided by your pace, your nervous system, and what feels supportive for you in the moment.

There is no rush, and nothing you need to “perform.”

What a session looks like

Each session is unique, but generally we will:

  • Begin by checking in with how you are feeling in the present moment
  • Explore what feels most emotionally present for you right now
  • Gently notice patterns, beliefs, or emotional experiences that may be coming up
  • Use coaching to bring awareness and understanding to your inner experience
  • Use energy healing techniques to support relaxation, emotional release, and grounding
  • End with integration, reflection, and grounding so you feel settled before we close

You do not need to prepare anything in advance.

You do not need to know what to say.

We begin exactly where you are.

How energy healing is used in my work

Energy healing in my practice is a gentle, supportive process that helps you:

  • Slow down and reconnect with your body and inner experience
  • Release emotional tension and energetic overwhelm
  • Feel more grounded and regulated
  • Access a deeper sense of calm and inner safety

It is not about forcing change or “fixing” you.

It is about creating space for your system to relax, so your natural clarity and self-connection can return.

How coaching is used in my work

Coaching helps you gently explore and understand patterns such as:

  • People-pleasing and difficulty saying no or setting safe boundaries
  • Masking and over-adapting to others
  • Self-doubt and inner criticism
  • Emotional overwhelm and burnout
  • Difficulty identifying your own needs and preferences

We approach these patterns with compassion, not judgment.

The goal is not to analyze or fix you, but to help you understand yourself more clearly so you can begin responding to your needs differently over time. And, to open your heart to self-love and self-acceptance and feel empowered in traits that you once felt were obstacles or taught were something to feel bad about.

Who this work is for

This work may be supportive for you if you are:

  • Highly sensitive, deeply feeling, or easily overwhelmed
  • Autistic (diagnosed or self-identified), especially later in life
  • Exhausted from years of masking, performing, or people-pleasing
  • Experiencing burnout, emotional fatigue, or disconnection from yourself

Who this work is not for

This may not be the right fit if you are looking for:

  • Fast fixes or instant results
  • High-intensity or confrontational coaching styles
  • A purely analytical or strategy-based approach
  • A rigid, structured program with strict outcomes
  • Release or heal a life-time of trauma, upset or patterns in one session or a couple sessions

My work is gentle, relational, and paced with care.

What you can expect to feel over time
