Frozen emotions are emotions that may or may not belong to you, that get stuck in your body and can cause physical health issues or emotional issues. In many cases, there is a chronic health issue that you may be dealing with.
Frozen emotions can be either yours or they can belong to someone else that you are holding on to. In some cases, a part of you may think that you are in some way helping them or protecting them from something. In all cases, you are not.
We all need to own our own emotions and feelings so we can work through them for our personal healing. However, this can be a very real thing. In many cases, working through the frozen emotions that you are holding onto physically or emotionally, can bring tremendous relief and healing and get you past a block in your healing.
