You Have the Power to Direct Your Own Thoughts
One of the most powerful principles of the Law of Attraction is this:
What I consistently think about, focus on, and emotionally connect with becomes the energy I put out into the world.
And I have the power to choose that energy.
It may not always be easy however it is simple truth, Universal Law and Spiritual Law.
I may not be able to control every circumstance in my life. I may not be able to stop an unwanted thought from appearing. But I can decide which thoughts I continue to think, which beliefs I continue to strengthen, and where I place my attention.
That is where my power begins.
If I continually focus on lack, fear, doubt, and everything that could go wrong, I keep myself energetically aligned with those experiences.
But when I consciously shift my attention toward abundance, possibility, gratitude, love, confidence, and what I desire, I begin to align myself with a different reality.
This doesn’t mean pretending that problems don’t exist.
It means refusing to give my problems all of my attention.
Instead of asking:
“What if everything goes wrong?”
I can ask:
“What if everything works out?”
Instead of:
“Why don’t I have what I want?”
I can choose:
“I am open to receiving what I desire.”
Instead of:
“This will never happen for me.”
I can choose:
“I don’t know how it will happen yet, but I believe it is possible.”
This is the practice of the Law of Attraction:
I become intentional about the thoughts I think.
I become intentional about the feelings I cultivate.
I become intentional about what I focus on.
And I give more of my energy to the reality I want to experience.
Because my dominant thoughts become my dominant energy.
And when my thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and actions begin moving in the same direction as my desires, I become more receptive to opportunities, ideas, people, and possibilities that support that vision.
I don’t have to figure out how everything will happen.
My job is to choose the direction.
To think thoughts that feel more aligned with where I’m going—not where I’ve been.
To believe that what I desire is possible.
To feel gratitude for what is already here while remaining open to what is coming.
And to keep redirecting my mind whenever it slips back into fear or limitation.
I have the power to direct my thoughts.
I have the power to choose my focus.
I have the power to decide what energy I nurture.
I am aligning myself with the life I desire.
Today, I choose to focus on what I want, not what I fear.
I choose possibility over limitation.
I choose abundance over lack.
I choose to become a vibrational match for the life I am calling into my experience.
What are you choosing to focus your thoughts on today?
Infinite Blessings, Yvette
