The best way to keep a healthy immune system from the standpoint of the Law of Attraction and Energy Healing is to remain in a high vibration in order for your cells to be in communication with your Divine Spirit or Source Energy without interference.
One of my passions as a coach and healer is to help people find a deeper sense of inner peace and Love and experience Universal Love Consciousness.
The news of the coronovirus has created an energy of trauma, panic, distress, fear, terror, pandemonium and anxiety at this time. Being in a state of hypervigilance and terror can actually lower your immune system making you more susceptible to viruses, pathogens and dis-ease.
How can you clear the emotional upset, panic and fear you feel about the coronavirus and raise your vibration for self healing?
Of course there are many physical things you can do to keep a healthy immune system that I talk about in my post here. However, from a spiritual standpoint or the Universal Law of Attraction, being in a high vibration or energy state (love consciousness) is the most beneficial way to raise your immunity to all sorts of pathogens and dis-ease. There are many ways to do this including meditation, practiced mindfulness, yoga, and other methods that help bring you into a heart centered place. However, one of the quickest ways I have found is with the use of Comprehensive Energy Healing which is a much more in depth method of meridian tapping therapy.
As a coach and healer in this field, I felt inspired to create a Universal meridian tapping code (that you will find below) to help you clear the emotional upset of the coronavirus news. It is my heartfelt desire that this is shared with as many people as possible around the World to help relieve some of the fear, panic and anxiety that people are experiencing over this news and bring more inner peace, harmony and unity in the World.
Please share this photo with as many people as possible and hopefully we can bring some calm to the chaos that has been created.
Blessings of Optimal Health & Peace With Love, Yvette, Founder, @ True Healing Source

There are 3 main categories that a trauma might fall into:
Acute trauma results from a single incident.
Chronic trauma is repeated and prolonged such as domestic violence or abuse.
Complex trauma is exposure to varied and multiple traumatic events, often of an invasive, interpersonal nature.
It is important to remember that any type of trauma can occur to humans or animals.
Acute Trauma
Acute Trauma normally results from a single incident such as death, robbery/mugging, an accident, natural disaster, a specific sexual assault, car accident, serious injury (dog bite), surgery trauma, witnessing violent event, or experiencing something that threatens a persons emotional or physical safety. It can even be a portrayed thought about an event in the future.
Experiencing Acute Trauma can leave one with feeling of intense fear, horror, or helplessness. This can be considered a form of PTSD, and is referred to as Acute Stress Disorder (ASD).
New Clients Only – No session work will be completed during FREE Consultation
A person who has experienced acute trauma may display other signs + symptoms after the event such as:
Panic or extreme anxiety
Depression
Confusion or irritation
Dissociation/feeling disconnected from self + surroundings
Interrupted sleep patterns
Suspicious behavior
Lack of self-care
Loss of focus/production at work or school
Chronic Trauma
Chronic Trauma normally results from repeated incidence of trauma, whether physical or emotional such as domestic violence, sexual trauma, , bullying, serious illness (ex: cancer or other long lasting disease), etc.
PTSD is normally present and manifests symptoms in behavior & thought patterns which can be long term if not addressed.
As with Acute trauma, the resulting symptoms can be the same and additional symptoms may occur.
Complex Trauma
Complex trauma can be present with some similar issues as Chronic Trauma and can result from scenarios such as war trauma (refugee/terrorism, soldiers continually being deployed to war zones ), domestic violence including severe physical + emotional abuse such as sexual assault, physical abuse and verbal abuse.
One source describes Complex Trauma as repetitive, prolonged and cumulative and in many cases involving an interpersonal relationship involving direct harm, exploitation, and maltreatment including neglect, abandonment, or antipathy. Complex Trauma can occur at any age from childhood to senior. In many cases it can occur for a person who is disempowered such as child, a person with dependence issues, someone with a disability or a specific age.
As with Acute trauma, the resulting symptoms can be the same and additional symptoms may occur.
In most cases Complex Trauma results in PTSD symptoms and repeated abusive situations. In my experience, identifying and releasing root cause issues can be very beneficial in complete healing and avoiding future abusive scenarios.
Any kind of trauma can have long term effects (PTSD) and each individual is different in the way they react. Sometimes a trauma is hidden in order to protect a person and there is no “conscious” memory. Sometimes the memory can become conscious later in life with a specific trigger and in some cases never consciously remembered. In any case, it does not make the trauma less severe or have less impact on a person/animals life. If you have experienced a severe trauma and are experiencing severe side effects such as contemplating suicide, I encourage you to seek medical assistance immediately.
My personal experience with childhood sexual trauma compounded by severe second hand PTSD reveals this profoundly. It can affect your life without consciously recognizing why you react the way you do to certain stimuli or triggers. You may have an uneasy “feeling” about something or someone and you just don’t know why. You might witness something on TV and you have a severe reaction to it compared to others. You might even just have a feeling that something “happened” to you but you can’t quite put your finger on it. This was my experience. Until I consciously had a flashback and was able to put all the pieces together and finally begin self healing the specifics of the events.
The amazing benefit of the method of Comprehensive Energy Healing I personally use in my life and in coaching others, is that you don’t have to repeatedly “relive” the trauma in order to release it for self healing.
I have worked with other women who were too embarrassed or upset to talk about the sexual trauma they experienced, and the self healing relief was amazing.
In my own experience, certain Chronic/Complex traumas can result in many lasting side effects in addition to the ones described above. There can also be serious self worth issues, self abusive behavior, self loathing, self hatred, severe depression, OCD behavior, addiction (alcohol, drugs, sex, food, etc.), nervous tics, severe need to be in control at all times, lack of financial income, not taking care of self, denial, fear of leaving the house & fear of large crowds, need to be in a a small safe place or room, unexplained and excessive anger & rage patterns, fear of loud noise or sudden movement, fear of facing away from doors (must sit against the wall in order to have full view of surroundings), fear of being approached from behind, severe reaction to certain situations that can’t be justified or explained (others react much less harshly) and more, being jumpy or erratic and so much more.
Experiencing trauma can be a very serious issue and should not be treated lightly. If you or someone you know has experienced ANY kind of trauma, especially something that is life altering, I encourage you to seek help.

Do you suffer from PTSD due to a loved one being afflicted with Trauma & PTSD?
Do you suffer almost as much as the person you love who suffers from PTSD? Do you have second hand PTSD?
In many cases, the person who suffers from a traumatic experience or PTSD affects those they love tremendously with their PTSD symptoms. A spouse or children especially can be intoxicated by the person who is suffering so much so that they take on the pain and symptoms or the responsibility of healing that person so much that they no longer have their own identity.
I can speak from experience in this case. My father has suffered with severe PTSD from multiple tours in Vietnam and growing up with physical abuse & severe verbal abuse. (Let me begin by saying this post is not to make light in any way of those suffering PTSD first hand from trauma. And, it is not to take away from their experience of pain. Nor is it in any way intended to put a negative light or place blame on certain people or those who experience trauma or react in certain ways due to the trauma they have experienced. This post may upset family members and that is one reason I have never shared this before. However, I know others are suffering with similar issues and only intend to help others fully heal.)
New Clients Only – No session work will be completed during FREE Consultation
I have not shared my experience of growing up with really anyone. However, in an attempt to help others heal, I will share some details. My father served multiple tours in Vietnam. He was in the deepest part of Agent Orange and all that and like many others who experience war first hand, he suffered much trauma. He suffered tremendous toxicity due to the Agent Orange and did not find out until a few years ago and even more recently the real health threat this poses. My father also suffers second hand PTSD that was passed down from his father who ran his home like a military as well and was a physically and emotionally harsh environment (abuse) – which brings certain types of trauma to a family as I’ve come to know & understand.
For most of my father’s life that I have known him (as far back as I can consciously remember), our family has never been what I used to consider normal. We have always been sort of outcast by others as I was growing up. We moved around a lot, and I mean A LOT. I can remember moving pretty much every year if not more often, and I rarely stayed in one school, whether it was due to moving or because I had to change schools because I was getting older and had to change schools. I think one time, I counted a different school for every year of school 1-12th grade. I can remember not always beginning the school year with the other kids, which is difficult on finding and keeping friendships as they already had their groups or cliques and I was the new kid. I can remember living in areas that I really didn’t feel the safest. I know my parents tried, but sometimes when there is lack of money, you have to find a house in different parts of town. I can remember living with relatives for short periods, which is most uncomfortable as a child as you can’t play normally as you have to watch everything you do. I can remember class mates always seemed to have nicer clothes and other things. We shopped at second hand shops and I got excited to receive hand me downs to have newer clothes, and I didn’t understand when it seemed that everyone else had brand new. We always had a car that seemed on the verge of breaking down and old. And, a large part of my memories revolved around my dad’s health. As kids, we worried if our dad was going to die. He seemed to suffer so much physically and emotionally. He could not eat anything, I mean anything. His diet was so restricted. He could eat only a couple things that would not cause him to be in severe pain, literally a couple things. And, if he ate the wrong thing, anything other than the couple OK items, he would suffer severe chest pain and esophageal pain and seemed to be constantly “throwing up”. Certain types of physical exertion or exercise would cause or contribute to this severe pain not just for short periods, but for weeks. We thought he was having heart attacks or something and did not know what was causing the pain or if he was going to live. We feared that he would die, on a regular basis. I can remember my dad taking me for a bike ride one day, and he had to stop, because of the pain in his chest. I was so scared that he was dying. We somehow got home. I don’t even remember how now.
He was also mad a lot and even though fortunately he didn’t beat us, he had a temper and used the belt a few times. Cursing and rage in his face, eyes and teeth are the things I can remember most even as an adult when he gets angry for sometimes no “real” reason. There was one incident in particular, that we had a disagreement and I thought he might actually strike me and I might not get up. The rage was so present in his eyes and face, I was crying hysterically and through the tears, I just kept saying, “I want to be happy”.
This particular incident significantly impacted me for a long time. I actually felt like I might die that day at my fathers’ hand. I went into a deep depression and did not understand why. I felt like I was not sure why I was alive. I lost all faith and trust in the World at large. Keep in mind I was an adult when this happened. After growing up in a certain environment and experiencing personal trauma outside of that, it was just too much and was a severe trigger that resulted in an after shock.
For my dad his life has been clouded with an overall negative energy and attitude no matter how hard he tries to be happy or positive.
And, he has never had a sense of self confidence or self esteem as I look back as well. He is always cutting himself down before others have a chance. He always took small jobs and never charged what he was worth. He always lowered his price and was taken advantage of in many cases, as he was self employed most of the time, as he could not work for someone else due to the PTSD symptoms. So, our family was always severely short of money even though my mother worked, too. There were periods that he could not work at all. He was in a state of depression or pain and just could not bring himself to go to work or physically could not work due to the pain.
And, he has suffered severe nightmares all these years as well.
This has progressed even into my adulthood as he ages.
We have all walked on eggshells to avoid upsetting him so he either doesn’t get angry and upset which also contributes to the physical symptoms worsening. And, we don’t want him to go into a deep depression again (which he was hospitalized for when I was a teen at one point, and the medications made it worse at the time I think.) And, we don’t want to deal with the angry episodes and bad attitude, so we are all so careful what we say and do around him. And, in some ways, have all probably felt that what we needed always came second, because we had to take care of him or his symptoms were worse and our “trivial” issues didn’t compare to what he was living with physically or emotionally. This creates it’s own form of trauma even though I know it has never been intended purposefully.
This is the original reason for my search for a true healing method along with wanting my own health issues addressed and truly healed not just covered up.
Our family has taken on his PTSD second hand. We have all suffered not only watching and experiencing his emotional and physical pain, but, taken on certain aspects from him. And, “traits” have affected our life and families as well. We have all felt in some way that we have to heal him and baby him and that our own needs are not important. I have taken on that responsibility in the most drastic fashion personally for many years, again, one reason I found Quantum Techniques and now practice it remotely to help others anywhere. It has become one of my biggest passions today. I don’t believe we were meant to suffer through life without ever healing and feeling joy. I believe we are meant to be healthy and feel joyful for life!
How Can I Help You Heal from PTSD and Second Hand PTSD?
I have found in my own life personally, that Quantum Techniques has the ability to help those suffering with PTSD and second hand PTSD symptoms with amazing results and that is why I use it to help others!
QT is beneficial for so many things physically, emotionally and spiritually. It is one of the best methods to help someone with chronic illness or trauma available remotely in the World.
It can help clear a single trauma in one or 2 sessions resulting in more inner peace and can be life altering.
Working with long term PTSD can take multiple sessions, however, in my experience, it is the quickest method of helping someone heal from even long term upsets compared to traditional methods that could take years and tens of thousands of dollars.
From my experience and helping others, you actually notice a difference quicker than any method I have found in over 15 years study and practice.
In many cases, layers can be removed very quickly or even all at once depending on what your body is ready to release. Your body is meant to self heal, and it wants to heal as quickly as possible. It is always guiding you toward healing and inner peace. However, keep in mind that everything is energy, including thoughts, emotions, traumatic upsets and physical maladies. So, when you release a negative emotion, it is energy that is being released from your body. Your body and mind, still has to adjust to the new energy, a lighter energy. So, your body knows what it’s toxic load is, and will allow healing at the pace that is best for you without causing toxic overload.
The results far out-weigh anything I have seen or found. QT has the ability to clear years of suffering in a much faster manner than traditional methods. Through bio-energetic muscle testing deep layers and truth can be found for effective healing. And, one of the benefits of QT is you don’t have to relive the trauma or even know what the actual trauma is for healing. Using advanced bio-energetic muscle testing identifies what your body considers the most valuable thing to heal first, second, and down the line. This is beneficial in cases where the trauma was so severe that our body & mind has blocked the memory as it is too painful. This can be the case in childhood abuse, sexual abuse or other abuse, or any other severe trauma (which I have also experienced.)
There are many types of trauma. I think most people think trauma is a rape, abuse, being accosted or divorce or something similar. However, trauma comes in many forms depending on how the individual receives it and holds it based on their life experiences. It can be very traumatic as stated above, suffering second hand PTSD, in many ways. You may be responsible for taking care of the person who suffers with trauma & PTSD, you may feel responsible for their healing, you don’t get to take care of yourself so you lack attention you may need to feel loved and cared for and you may feel guilt for wanting love, affection, attention and someone to take care of you for a change. Trauma could be any of the above, or a child hearing parents repeatedly fighting while they are in bed at night, a parents divorce, death of a loved one or anyone you know or even don’t know, death of a loved family pet, seeing someone else abused, emotional abuse through another’s words, even having someone of authority or that you look up to and respect speaking to you in a certain manner that belittles you. A trauma could also be a medical procedure or a procedure going bad that causes distress and trauma emotionally & physically, watching a loved on go through a serious or chronic illness for years, chronic or serious illness in yourself, or even the birth of another sibling or even watching the evening news when something horrific happens. There are limitless forms of trauma that many may not consider trauma, however to the person receiving it, it may be very traumatic. In some cases, you may not even realize it as a trauma for you, however, your body or emotional system may have received it as a trauma and may be holding it inside for healing and can even manifest in physical symptoms to get your attention for healing.
