Be The You That You Wish Others Would Be, Aligning with Source Energy

Hello Beautiful Souls!

Does it frustrate you and even hurt when you see the discord and sheer meanness and madness that humanity exhibits? Wild animals display more love in many cases.

As you go out into the World it is easy to judge when someone is harsh toward you. However, we simply don’t know what they are going through that has caused them to be that way and their behavior is a sign of being far out of alignment with Source Energy.

Some people have experienced tremendous abuse and trauma and don’t have the means or knowledge about how to heal or even the conscious desire to heal and so they have no other way of experiencing the World other than in fear, terror, mistrust, unforgiveness, retaliation and a with cold heart.

Others may be narcissistic or gas-lighters or victimizers and simply enjoy watching others suffer at their hand and it makes them feel powerful and in control.

In my lifetime, I have encountered both on many occasions unfortunately.

If you are not careful of guarding your personal energy and boundaries, you can fall prey to allowing your own energy to dip at times after repeatedly experiencing these types of behavior from others, especially if you are a specific type of personality and demeanor or the environment you grew up in and if you have a plethora of unhealed issues in your own life and lack healthy boundaries.

Some people who have experienced deep trauma become cold of heart and they can take on the abusers energy to seek out and hurt others in a way to make themselves feel powerful, validated, seen or in control at all cost.

Others who have experienced deep trauma have the ability to see past the exterior and feel deep compassion for they don’t see the person with their eyes but they can see the other person from their heart.

If you are in the second category this can be a double edged sword and you have to also have significant boundaries in place because people with a victim mentality, narcissists, gas-lighters and victimizers will use that to their advantage as soon as they recognize it. You also have to heal yourself and have ways of recognizing those that will intentionally abuse your kind heart.

Yup! Been there most of my entire life!

So, what do you do?

I feel there are a few important things that you can do.

Although the list could be quite a bit longer, here are just a few things that can be significantly beneficial…

~ Heal yourself! This is by far The Most Important Gift you can give to yourself and the World. Ghandi said “Be The Change You Wish to See In This World!” It starts with you. This can be really difficult and it can take a bit of time, if you don’t have the money or the means at your disposal. However, there are many beneficial self healing methods out there and you can discover them for a fraction of the cost and some even offer free information to help you in your healing journey. Some methods may not offer everything for free (and they shouldn’t) however, sometimes just the free information they do offer can be tremendously beneficial and healing. Almost all of the healing I have done in this lifetime has been my own in depth study and application of a variety of self healing methods including energy healing, energy psychology, expanding my spiritual consciousness, law of attraction/law of creation and so much more. One caveat to this is to make sure that you avoid the self healing web that feels as if you are never actually “there” or healed or ready. Many who are on a self healing journey, a self discovery journey can get caught up in feeling that they are never fixed enough which keeps you out of alignment with your Source. This has been a long time program of the media and other false sources that convinces us that we are never perfect enough and always need some outside remedy to fix us (even though we are not broken) and some guru outside of ourselves to acknowledge when we are fixed enough, good enough or healed enough. We are not broken souls seeking validation, saving or fixing. This is an unhealthy loop that we can get caught up in. Yes, we are extensions of Source Energy and we are always expanding our consciousness, however, we are perfect and right just as we are. We are meant to be where we are right now, or we would be somewhere else. I know this is really hard to hear. We sooooooo want to be over there somewhere else. That takes shifting into personal alignment and a belief that you are truly worthy of all that you desire and that is is actually possible FOR YOU, all the good stuff, the health, abundance, comfort, Love, inner peace and more. Oh, and sometimes the thing that you think you want, involves some things that you aren’t willing to do in order to have it and sustain the experience of it. The Universe (your Higher Self, Source, Inner Self) knows this and is always guiding you toward what you truly desire in all ways to bring about the most beautiful outcome.

~ Recognize the not everyone in the World is harmful even though at times it can feel that way. When you have been in abusive relationships repeatedly, carrying the wounds and scars can make it feel as if there are no good humans out there. Although it can feel like it, this is simply not true. There are some really good people in this World that have their own trauma (who doesn’t?) and are simply trying to navigate this World the best they can. However, this does NOT mean that you have to allow yourself to continue to be in relationships with others who are not willing to heal, change or be better humans or who continue to abuse you and purposely step over your healthy boundaries. Once you are an adult, it is YOUR FULL RESPONSIBILITY to heal yourself. You can no longer play the blame game of who did what to you. You are an extension of Source Energy and this physical World offers so many really beneficial means of actual real healing. Step up, Ask the Universe for help and guidance, Stop playing victim and claim your Life in all its beauty. It is inside of you. It will transform your Life into something different. What if it all turns out better than you ever imagined?

~ Stop believing that “all the good ones are taken”. If you are seeking a healthy, Joyful and meaningful relationship with a significant other, know that not all the good ones are taken! Sometimes it seems that way, however the Universe has a plethora of “good ones” that are truly in mutual alignment with your personal Life design and are good for you, who will truly Love you for ALL that you are. There IS someone ready and waiting to reciprocate the great Love you offer. Unfortunately, sometimes we have to weed through those who are not in FULL alignment in order to more clearly define and sift and sort with the Universe to discover the full materialization of the best mutual match. It should always be about mutuality and win/win.

And, finally be the person you wish others would be to you. There is a funny quote that says, “be the human that your dog thinks you are”. What if we showed up in this World as the person that we wish we had in our Life. The person that is truly kind and compassionate. The person that does not harm us or abuse us on purpose or take advantage of us. The person that always has a smile to offer or a kind word. Kindness is free and it is contagious. Another quote I have loved since I was young (I had a tee shirt with this quote around age 10) that said, “smile, it’s contagious”. I didn’t realize the truth and beauty of this quote at that age, I simply loved that tee shirt without knowing why. Again, we don’t have to let others step on our boundaries, and we have the voice to speak up and walk away from unhealthy relationships when needed, however, there are plenty of things we can do within our healthy boundaries to be the Light and Love in the World that we wish would be reciprocated. And, when you begin doing this truly from your heart, the Universe begins to surprise and delight you with so many beautiful experiences and interactions with others from all directions that you never knew possible. “As within, so without”. Be the change my Loves.

What Beliefs are Blocking You From Living the Life of Your Dreams?

What’s keeping you from feeling fulfilled in your business or “work”?

What’s blocking you from experiencing Joy in your relationships and Life?

What’s limiting beliefs are blocking you from creating and manifesting the abundance and prosperity that you have been desiring for so long?

A Belief if Simply a Thought You Keep Thinking

There is usually more than one belief that is keeping us out of alignment with our desires. For many it is a belief that they are unworthy of goodness. For many others it is simply the belief that it is wrong or selfish to have money or healthy mutual Love or success or even the body we desire. When we are born, we are born with the innate knowing that we are worthy of Love and abundance and Joy and good health. We are fully connected to our Source Energy, Spirit, God or Universe in Love and appreciation and infinite knowledge.

As we get older the World depletes our passion, our desires, our will and our beliefs. This is done through media, school, religion and so forth. We are taught that it is noble to be poor or give it all away (Mother Theresa syndrome). We are trained that our desires are not important by being told repeatedly that “it is not all about you” if we express our needs or desires as children.

We are told things such as “money doesn’t grow on trees” or we hear comments like “it must be nice” when someone has something that we don’t have especially if it came to them with ease and it is expensive. We are taught that rich people are greedy or only get rich by being devious or hurting others along the way to wealth. So, we hide our talents and play small and don’t go for the promotion because in our minds it means that we have to “step on the little people”. Or we don’t create the business of our dreams that drives our passion and fulfillment because we don’t believe it is possible for us or that we are worthy or that it is selfish somehow or that we should always support others dreams instead of our own (remember? it’s not all about you, hmmm.)

We are told that making money takes really hard work or it takes suffering or giving up our family or Love or relationships in order to get it. Or that we should be happy because “there are starving children in Africa”. I can’t tell you how many times I have heard all of these things as I was growing up.

We are told that only the lucky get rich or you are “born into money”. Or “the rich get rich while the poor get poorer”. Or we are taught that the economy dictates our lives.

We are taught that we shouldn’t get our hopes up too high because we might be disappointed. You might have heard things like “Love is blind” or watched someone you Love go through a divorce because of cheating or abuse and therefore you carry the belief that everyone is unfaithful or cheats or is abusive. You may have experienced abuse yourself and believe that you are not worthy of a healthy meaningful Love from anyone and so you continue to attract abusive relationships or partners that cheat or treat you abusively in some way.

The Universal truth is that you are worthy and Loved and the World and Universe is massively abundant. Your dreams and desires do matter to the Universe. You are here for a reason. You exist OUT OF LOVE and IN LOVE. If you were not Loved or meant to be here, then you wouldn’t BE.

You are worthy of great Love in a mutually Joyful, meaningful relationship that fulfills both you and your partner.

You are completely worthy and capable of creating the Life you desire.

And, the Universe is supporting you and does have your back and is rooting for you whether you realize it or not.

The Universe is abundance in all things good, wonderful and beautiful. There is plenty of everything to live in an abundance of Joy, Love and prosperity of money and good health. The Universe was created to express abundance and goodness. We are taught that there is not enough to go around, the World is lacking abundance or mostly in poverty and we destroy the blessings that the Earth naturally provides as proof of our worthiness and abundance.

YOU Get to Choose!

Let’s look at some examples of the abundance the World offers:

The World has all kinds of natural fresh food growing in every amazing color imaginable to please a variety of tastes with many different nutrients to feed your body and soul. You can choose to eat only vegetable or fruits or meat or a combination of them all. In many cases there are too many restaurants to choose from when you go out for a meal that it can be overwhelming.

There are multiple continents in which you can choose to live with millions of different cities with all kinds of different scenery to choose from whether it is a city filled with tall buildings or beautiful lush green grass to see for miles outside your door. And many different climates to choose from, too!

There are millions of different cars and truck designs, motorcycles, bicycles and other means to choose which one makes you feel excited to drive in an unlimited number of colors.

Everyone has their own specific desires and the Universe has the ability to match your desires in mutuality.

There is someone who is seeking exactly what you are in a mate or partner that you are seeking in return. You can choose what is attractive to you on multiple levels including similar values and beliefs, emotional makeup, spiritual beliefs, tall, short, slender, curvy, race, gender and so much more. We each get to decide what turns us on individually and mutually.

There are an infinite number of people who are asking for exactly what you could offer through creating your dream business that is Joyful and fulfilling for you and meets and exceeds all your financial desires with Joy and ease.

There are probably billions of homes to choose from and somewhere there is a home that is perfect for you and your family to live Joyously.

The Universe is truly abundant and fully able to deliver your dreams.

You must find ways to align with your Source Energy to match the vibration of your dreams in order to manifest them.

You can consciously and purposefully utilize the law of attraction, law of creation, law of unity, law of assumption or other universal spiritual laws of creation to Create the Life of your dreams in more Love, Joy, fulfillment and abundance.

You have a right to your desires as long as it does not infringe upon others rights. There is a way to create a win/win in everything and everything can be created to bring mutual Joy, Love and fulfillment to everyone involved. Creating from a place of mutuality is true Power not Force in order for it to be in alignment with Spirit Source Consciousness. The World has plenty of others that are in alignment with your desires in order to create a Life of Joy, Love, meaning and fulfillment that is a win/win for everyone involved.

It All starts within…

As Within, So Without…

We are non-physical beings in physical bodies living a physical experience. The last few years have been nothing short of a rollercoaster ride of unexpected things being thrown at us from all directions causing fear, heartache and ill health. These things are at the root cause of more disharmony, ill health emotionally and physically, future chronic illness and dis-ease and more disconnect with others. This is also at the root of our disconnect with our own creativity, Chi, core energy, artistic ambitions, happiness, Joy, Self and Love, peace and abundance.

Many people are seeking for ways to feel alive again, to feel Creative again, to experience and express Love and Joy and connect with others. Many are asking for ways to heal emotionally and physically and release the negative emotions they feel so prominently. So many people are asking how they can contribute to the peace and expansion of the World at large and bring betterment to their life and their community. And, asking how they can realign with their Creative self in all ways.

How can you make a difference not just in your own life, but in the collective experience and increase Love, Joy and abundance?

We are all Creators of our World individually and collectively. The truth is that you are an extension of Source Energy and always connected to the Universe/God/Spirit Consciousness. We are in a constant state of creation through our thoughts, words and actions.

Thoughts become things.
Words resonate into the Universe and create our experience and have the power to harm or heal.
The actions we take create the World around us individually and collectively.

We receive thoughts from Source Energy in alignment with the frequency of our vibration or consciousness. We are constantly receiving inspiration and direction from the Universe in the direction of our desires which is a combination of our Earthy Human desire and our Consciousness in who we have become through our eternal life experience.

Unfortunately, most of us are resonating in the wrong vibration to recognize the guidance that our Source is blessing us with in each moment.

Your question may be, “how do I align with my Source and recognize the guidance I am being sent?”

Anything that raises your vibration closer to Love consciousness and in the state of Love is alignment with your Source Energy and Higher Self or Spirit. Here are a few ways in which you can raise your vibration to Love consciousness and align with your Inner Being and more clearly recognize the guidance that is being shared from the Universe:

• meditation
• yoga/movement
• connection with others
• healthy food and healthy habits
• petting & loving your animals
• expressing appreciation and Love
• spending time in nature
• listening to music/singing

These are simply a few ways of many that raises your vibration and brings you into alignment with your Higher Self.

What are some of the most important books that have inspired you or helped shape your life?

What books have contributed to your spiritual growth & live more Joyfully or heal emotionally or physically?

With everything that is going on in the outer World, it is of utmost importance that we discover ways to align with our authentic self, our Source Energy, our Spiritual Consciousness in order to experience life with more flow, Love, abundance and Joy and Optimal Health and well-being.

What are some of the most important books that have helped shift your life into betterment and more consciously Create your Life?

What authors are the most profound authors that have inspired you to Live a greater Life?

What information are you feeding yourself to enrich your life each day?

What you consume is not limited to the food you eat. It’s not strictly about avoiding physical toxins and physical contaminants or fast food or alcohol consumption or taking drugs or smoking cigarettes or anything like that. It is everything around you that you take in daily. Everything that you partake in. This includes the TV shows you watch, the conversations you engage in, the music you listen to, the books you read, the thoughts you think, the words you use to talk to yourself and so much more!

You are here to Live fully in Joy. You are capable of so much more than you are aware of!

It is your birthright to Live in Joy!

Are you choosing to engage in things that enrich your Life and add to your Life Energy?

Or do you choose things that deplete your Life Energy or Chi Energy and keep you stuck, feeling disempowered?

These books are just a tiny glimpse of a very select few authors that have enriched my Life and influenced my Life profoundly in my self healing and self discovery and are well worn out and have been read and re-read time and time again. Each time I read these books, I receive new information that I am ready to receive differently than before.

I am an avid reader and have been for many years. You told me one too many times you don’t need anyone…
You told me one too many times you’d rather be alone…
You told me one too many time I was worthless and had no reason to live…
You told me in way too many words you hated everything about me…
You told me one too many times “it’s not about you” which made me stop loving myself so I could focus only on you…
You rejected my Love and affection more times than I can count…
You proved too many times your words were true…

Are You Allowing the Universe to Deliver Your Desires?

Do you immediately block your desires as soon as you ask the Universe for something?

The Universe is literally knocking itself out trying to give you what you desire. Source Energy is within you and is always guiding you to that which you desire.

What are you doing to block it from manifesting?

The Universe is on your side. 

As soon as you declare your desire to the Universe it is already done in the mind of the Universe and the Universe goes to work on your behalf to make it happen.

But our disbelief that we can actually have it and Unworthiness that we don’t deserve it and negative thought patterns get in the way of receiving the full manifestation of our desires. 

Our past patterns and memories and experiences get in the way. In many cases we set ourselves up for failure by expecting certain things to happen in certain situations with certain people and in a certain way based on our past experiences.

Let your past go. Act as if you have no past to relate it to or compare it to.

I recall in one of the consciousness technologies that I studied years ago talking about creating the reality of new experiences as if you had no past to compare it to. Act as if this is the first time you are experiencing this type of thing or situation with wonder and awe as if each day was a new birth without the past casting a shadow on today’s experience.

You receive what you are and what you expect.

You receive what you are…it’s like a boomerang being thrown out into the Universe. You receive it back just as you sent it. Your energy is an antenna attracting everything on the same wavelength that you are right back to you. Change the station and you change the music. It’s as simple as that.

And, you receive what you expect from your attention to past experiences that are similar.

It’s like having a broken heart and wanting to Love again, but afraid you’re going to get hurt the same exact way all over again so you just never allow yourself to Love at all. However, if you allow yourself to fully let go of the hurt from past experiences and align with your new desires you might just be surprised and delighted at what the Universe is eager and ready to deliver to you.

Similarly, you might have been burned before by your boss or company you worked for, so you expect to be taken advantage of by every boss you encounter or new job you choose.

You can put this into context with any situation, relationships, jobs, physical health or whatever.

If you have a desire the Universe has the full capacity to make is happen.

“If your time-space reality has the where-withal to inspire a desire within you, it is our absolute promise to you that your time-space reality has the ability to deliver in full-manifested form, the reality of the desire it has inspired.” ~ Abraham teachings

All desires originate in the Soul of the Universe and a desire or question can not be asked without the answer already being available. However the question and answer are not in the same vibration or energy. Therefore when you ask a question or place a desire, you must get out of the way and shift your vibration in order to align with the receiving and manifesting of your desire.

You can ask the Universe open ended questions such as:

What would it take?
What do I have to be in order to manifest this desire?
What’s possible?
What’s the quickest, easiest way to receive this in mutual Joy

Talk as if you already have your desire with statements that begin with “I Am….” instead of “I want…”

Many people talk with others about what they want, which keeps them in the energy of want and lack of having.

Here are a few examples of statements you might try instead:

I am now financially abundant.
I am fully aligned with …
I am now receiving …
I am now fully allowing …
It is easy for me to …
I have infinite resources at my disposal.
I am optimally healthy in all ways.
An abundance of money flows to me easily and freely.
I am easily attaining the healthy body I desire.
I am guided by the Universe to take inspired action in order to fully realize the manifestation of my desire.
I easily recognize guidance from my Source toward my desires.

Additionally, The Universe Loves speed.

But as humans, we believe change takes time. Time is an allusion and everything is happening right now. Everything exists right now in you. Your reality has the ability to change in an instant depending on your alignment with something.


What are you doing to hold yourself out of alignment from fully receiving your desire?

Hello Beautiful Lovers! 


Do you listen to your body when it asks for something like a specific nutrient or food or do you ignore it? It is especially important when you are experiencing additional stressful situations to take care of your emotional health and physical health equally.


Our body’s are always communicating with us to let us know what it requires to feel and be at it’s best Optimal Health and energy.


Emotional health is one of the most important things to increase your physical health, but you also need to feed your body with nutritious foods in order to fuel your body for it’s optimal functioning and healthy electrical circuits and all body systems.


So, I am not talking about listening to your body when it craves ice cream or cake every day. I am talking about really tuning into your body and hearing what it calls for.


I find daily meditation practice is a really beneficial way to raise your spiritual consciousness and connect with your body and cells. I also enjoy yoga. When I practice yoga on a regular basis, I feel so powerfully aligned and in love with my body like never before! I can feel my body communicating with me easily with flow.

Superfoods Smoothie recipe

2 TBL Organic Cacoa powder (Trader Joe’s or Navitas)
2 large handfuls fresh spinach (Trader Joe’s bagged)
2 TBL Organic Coconut Oil
2 TBL Plain Peanut Butter Powder (Trader Joe’s)
1/2 fresh avocado
1/2 medium banana
Pinch pink Himalayan salt
8 oz. milk alternative of your choice or water
Stevia to taste
Crushed ice

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for a minute or so until all ingredients are fully mixed and chopped to a consistency you can easily drink.

How to Connect with Source Energy

What do you do to connect to Source Energy and raise your vibration or sustain your vibration or energy state?

I never knew planting a garden could be so therapeutic and energizing at the same time.

Last year was the first year I planted a garden (it didn’t reap what I expected) but to be honest I wasn’t disappointed really at all.

I realized how much I enjoy being outside in the sunshine talking with my garden and those who know me well know that I always love connecting to the Earth with my feet in the sand.

My happiest place of all is at the beach meditating and now I think one of my second happiest places is in my garden…just because I feel at home and connected.

I finally planted my garden this season a little late but it felt so freakin amazing to be out there in the sun talking with my friends again and I like to believe the music I blast helps them grow.

This is one of the questions Lewis Howes asks his guest when interviewing them. I love this question. Today I was listening to him interview Dan Lok an amazing entrepreneur and leader in the coaching industry. Even though I am a love leader for women, I love listening to the wisdom that Lewis and Dan share frequently. I am aligned with many of their ideas and concepts.

This is one of the questions Lewis Howes asks his guest when interviewing them. I love this question. Today I was listening to him interview Dan Lok an amazing entrepreneur and leader in the coaching industry. Even though I am a love leader for women, I love listening to the wisdom that Lewis and Dan share frequently. I am aligned with many of their ideas and concepts.

As Lewis asked this question like I have heard him ask so many times before on his interviews, I was touched with emotion as I thought about what I wisdom I would leave for those I love especially and the women I work with toward self love, confidence and empowerment. The words have never flowed so easily as they did this morning…

Here’s what came to me as I felt tremendous emotion around these words that were whispered in my ear from my Source:

1 – Live your truth from your heart even though no one else will understand.
2 – Touch as many people as possible with your light & Love as who are receptive to it.
3 – Love fiercely & passionately even though you will get hurt the most by the people you love the most.
