Today I am sharing a recipe for my version of High Protein Gluten Free Tabouli Salad (Tabbouleh) (low carb Tabouli Salad) and it is naturally vegan/vegetarian friendly! This recipe can be doubled to make a larger batch to share with friends and family.
I’ve been wanting to try Tabouli Salad for a while however I normally use alternative flours in my cooking and the normal Tabouli Salad recipe calls for couscous which is wheat based. So, I created a wheat free, gluten free version using quinoa instead!
I feel this alternative makes the recipe better on your digestion and a healthier choice overall. Gluten has been found to be linked with inflammation and an unhealthy gut biome and leaky gut.

Of course you can buy a version of Tabouli Salad (Tabbouleh) at your local market like trader Joe’s near the fresh produce section along with hummus and other items.
But, I always prefer to make homemade when possible as I can avoid additional chemicals and ingredients that are just not required. And, the energy you put into your creation is high vibes and better for your body, mind and spirit! Respect your body…
You will need the following ingredients list for this low carb Tabouli Salad (Tabbouleh)and the dressing:
Salad Ingredients
1 cup quinoa (cooked) ½ cucumber (finely chopped) 2 green onions (bulb and stock finely chopped) 6-7 fresh mint leaves (finely chopped) 1 bunch curly parsley (Italian or regular parsley is fine also) approximately ¼ cup
Dressing Ingredients
2 tbsp fresh squeezed lime juice strained through mesh sieve 4tbsp sunflower oil (I prefer sunflower over olive oil since it is milder and slightly sweet) Pinch of salt and pepper to taste
Mix all fresh ingredients together in a medium size bowl.
You can use a small mason jar to mix dressing ingredients together before gently pouring over the salad mix. Toss or mix with large spoon until dry ingredients are fully covered with dressing.
Let stand in fridge for about an hour before serving to let the spices and other ingredients work their magic together! Enjoy as a side, alone or wrapped in lettuce or with pita chips or pita bread. I added a garnish of Trader Joe’s dolmades because they just taste great with this salad!
SERVINGS: This recipe makes approximately 3 cups.

I recently tried some already made balela salad from Trader Joe’s and if you all know me, you know that I prefer to make things from scratch, but trying things from a store can give you a small taste of things to see if you might like them before making them at home.

Well, needless to say the one from my local Trader Joe’s hit the spot and so the next day I made some at home. I tweeked a recipe I found online and here is my version. Enjoy Loves!
You will need the following ingredients list for the salad and the dressing:
Salad Ingredients
1 15 oz can chickpeas (drained and peeled *see notes below) ¼ red bell pepper (cored and chopped small) 1-2 green onions (bulb and stock finely chopped ¼ cup finely chopped Italian parsley (curly or regular parsley works fine too) 1-2 whole vine ripe large tomatoes (can use other tomatoes based on your preference) ½ jalapeno (finely chopped) 1/8 fresh mint leaves (finely chopped)
Dressing Ingredients
¼ cup sunflower oil (I prefer sunflower over olive oil since it is milder and slightly sweet) 1 tbsp white wine vinegar 1 clove garlic 1 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice strained through mesh sieve ½ tsp ground sumac spice Salt pepper to taste
Alternative: If you prefer a spicier version of this Balela Salad you can add a pinch of crushed red pepper or other pepper of your choice.
Use a large bowl to mix together the drained and peeled chickpeas and spices and set aside.
You can use a small mason jar to mix dressing ingredients together before gently pouring over the salad mix. Toss or mix with large spoon until dry ingredients are fully covered with dressing.
Let stand in fridge for about an hour before serving to let the spices and other ingredients work their magic together! Enjoy as a side, alone or wrapped in lettuce.
SERVINGS: This recipe makes approximately 3 cups and can be doubled.
*NOTE: Drain and rinse chickpeas, soak in hot water for about 10 minutes to loosen skin. Gently squeeze chickpeas with the tips of your fingers to release skin (takes about 5 minutes, and I find is better for digestion and less bloating).

I had lunch recently at Wildflower Bread Company and I love their vegan salad and soup options. I tried something new that I had never seen on the soup menu before… Cauliflower Masala Soup. Wow! It was really good and spicy! So, like I always do when I find something I like, I look to find a recipe and make it at home because homemade is ALWAYS BETTER and filled with the energy of Love and healing! Mwaaaahaaa! And, I hit the jackpot and mixed it up a bit and this came out so freakin’ amazing and really spicy! Enjoy!
I think it is the best thing I have ever made! I can only imagine the healing qualities of this soup!

Vegan Spicy Cauliflower Masala Recipe with Avocado
INGREDIENTS LIST
2 TBL Coconut oil 10 oz Shredded or chopped carrots 1 Large potato chopped 1 Large yellow onion finely chopped 2-3 Large garlic cloves chopped or pressed 1 Teaspoon fresh ginger finely grated 1 TBL garam masala 1/2 Tsp cumin powder 1 Tsp turmeric powder 1/4 Tsp cinnamon 1/2 Tsp cayenne pepper powder 1 Full head of fresh cauliflower chopped into small pieces 1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes including liquid 4-5 cups vegetable broth*
DIRECTIONS
Lightly steam the cauliflower and carrots together for about 5 minutes to tenderize.
While you are steaming the cauliflower and carrots, in a separate large pot heat the coconut oil over medium heat and saute the onion, potatoes and garlic for 3-5 minutes just until the onion is tender and translucent. Add the remainder of the spices and stir and saute for another minute or so before adding the steamed cauliflower and carrots. Stir together and let the flavors and aroma meld together for about 4-5 minutes allowing a little to stick to the bottom of the pan without burning. This creates a delicious flavor when you add the vegetable broth.
Add the vegetable broth while scraping the bottom of the pan to mix in the reduced flavors and spices.
Continue cooking on low for about 30 minutes. If you like a soup with more broth you can add an additional cup or 2 of vegetable broth, otherwise this soup is a little thick and soaks up the liquid as it remains in the fridge.
Serve with sliced or chopped avocado on top. The cream texture and flavor of the avocado is wonderful and delicious compliment to the spiciness of this amazing cauliflower masala soup!

Coconut C’Oats
Made with riced cauliflower, coconut oil, cinnamon, turmeric, coconut milk, and homemade flaxseed “eggs”.

However, in today’s society many people feel rushed and stressed out and eat on the run, choosing quick and unhealthy “foods” for their body and for their family to consume as well.
When you feel stressed and your stress hormones are in overdrive, you can crave foods that are simply not healthy such as sugar and high carbohydrate items that feel good for a few moments (like a drug) and then you crash after (like coming down from a drug high).
This vegan/vegetarian friendly breakfast idea is best for Kapha Dosha types and can be found in a beautiful book by Sahara Rose Ketabi called Eat Feel Fresh.
In her book she teaches all about the different Dosha types and has a ton of recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks in between for each type and some recipes that fit all Dosha types. Her book is amazing and has tons of information about Ayurvedic living.

You can adjust the amounts of ingredients per your taste.

Do you listen to your body when it asks for something like a specific nutrient or food or do you ignore it? It is especially important when you are experiencing additional stressful situations to take care of your emotional health and physical health equally.

When I practice yoga on a regular basis, I feel so powerfully aligned and in love with my body like never before! I can feel my body communicating with me easily with flow.
Superfoods Smoothie recipe
2 TBL Organic Cacoa powder (Trader Joe’s or Navitas) 2 large handfuls fresh spinach (Trader Joe’s bagged) 2 TBL Organic Coconut Oil 2 TBL Plain Peanut Butter Powder (Trader Joe’s) 1/2 fresh avocado 1/2 medium banana Pinch pink Himalayan salt 8 oz. milk alternative of your choice or water Stevia to taste Crushed ice
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for a minute or so until all ingredients are fully mixed and chopped to a consistency you can easily drink.

Today I am sharing a simple vegetarian/vegan style recipe that is nutritious and delicious! It is one of my favorite recipes for a light dinner and only takes a few minutes to prepare!
I have significantly changed my diet and healed fungal in the body in the past year and a half and my body no longer really craves anything other than healthy choices with an occasional craving for something sweet which I don’t deny myself any longer or feel guilt when I do indulge.
The change in my diet occurred naturally after doing significant self healing work and clearing personal trauma and raising my self love level massively. I easily dropped over 40 pounds which was always a struggle in the past for the majority of my life no matter what I did or how much I worked out.
The following recipe is one of my favorite light dinners that is super healthy and good for healing your gut and it is fairly low glycemic and can be eaten on a keto diet at certain intervals.
Super easy to make in just a few minutes!
You will need: slivered carrots, fresh spinach, coconut oil, pink Himalayan salt and raw slivered almonds.
I got all of these items at my favorite Trader Joe’s, it’s about the only grocery store I have shopped at for about 15 years other than Sprouts.
You can use the amount that you like. I boiled the carrot slivers until they were just tender. Then as I let them drain, I heated coconut oil and a pinch of pink Himalayan salt (which has 84 super healthy nutrients for your body! read more about that here) on medium heat (coconut oil heats very fast) and threw in 2 very large handfuls of fresh spinach and quickly flash “fry” it in the oil before it wilts. (Be careful as it might splatter a little and you don’t want to get hot oil in your eyes). Put the carrots and spinach in a bowl, then add a little more coconut oil and another pinch of pink Himalayan salt to the hot pan, quickly add slivered raw almonds (for just a little added protein and delicious nutty flavor!) for just a few seconds to toast them and then add them to your vegetables. Like heaven in your mouth!
Personally, when I consume high amounts of vegetables my body feels better, moves better, I have more energy, feel healthier and I have no bloating. I don’t consider myself vegetarian (I don’t like labels that confine me like that), but I do eat a mostly vegetarian lifestyle with eggs as my main source of protein and occasionally I eat fish either salmon or mahi-mahi. They are 2 of my favorites and super easy to cook and melt like butter in your mouth!

Today I am sharing my favorite homemade electrolyte energy drink recipe that I take when we head to the beach to enjoy the sun’s rays and the tranquil sound of the waves crashing on the beach! I could live in my bikini on the beach! It is one of my favorite things in the World!
If you are anything like me, you love the warmth of the sun’s rays and the beautiful afterglow it creates on your skin, but the summer sun can really take a toll on your energy if you are outside for a length of time (hours at a time). In the past I have gotten heat stroke with fever, sunburn, puffy lips and face, dehydration and so forth. I found a couple things that helped me avoid that at the beach and one of them is a delicious homemade energy drink recipe to help replenish your electrolytes as well as energy that you use playing in the sun and water!
I found this recipe years ago and have altered it slightly to my taste and sip it all day long when I am outside in the sun for extended periods at the beach.
I love this energy drink recipe because it is uses all natural ingredients and has no added chemicals or other harmful ingredients or sugars other than what the fruit provides.
I do a lot of my grocery shopping at Trader Joe’s and I am there a few times a week, so I get all these food items there to create this tasty summer electrolyte energy drink.
You will need a container that will hold about 50 ounces of liquid.
Ingredients List:
1 whole fresh orange 1/2 of a fresh lemon 1/8 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt 1/2 Container of Trader Joe’s Large Coconut water Honey or Stevia to taste Fresh spring water or Electrolyte water (Trader Joe’s)
Squeeze the juice of the whole fresh orange and half of a fresh lemon into your container. Add the honey and the pink Himalayan salt which has so many health benefits (find out more about the health benefits of using pink Himalayan salt over other salt here). The original recipe called for over a tablespoon of honey. You can use Stevia if you prefer, although there is natural sugar already provided from some of the other ingredients. Next, add the contents of about half of the large 33.8oz pure coconut water. Shake before you add the pure spring water to dissolve the honey and salt, otherwise it takes a little longer to dissolve on it’s own. Finally, add the electrolyte water or fresh spring water to fill the rest of the container to the top. Shake/mix all the ingredients in your container and sip throughout the day for a refreshing, delicious electrolyte energy boost!
Notes: I prefer the electrolyte water vs. the spring water for the added electrolytes when I am in the harsh sun. I also prefer the honey over the stevia because it tastes delicious with the mixture of the other ingredients and it is calorie/nutrient dense while out in the sun.

How can you stay healthy using the Law of Attraction and Energy Healing?
From a spiritual standpoint, there are so many false beliefs around your body and your health that you could have received as you were growing up.
You might be purposely using the law of attraction or other method to attract good health to your body or another area of your life with little success.
Combining the Law of Attraction with Comprehensive Energy Healing to identify and release negative energy patterns and frequencies in the body can be powerful in sustaining a healthy body, a healthy emotional state of mind, healthy relationships and healthy spiritual state, too.
“You are what you think”
You are what you think about the most. In order to use the law of attraction in the most powerful manner, you must clean up your dominant thoughts, beliefs, intentions and emotions. For some it’s as easy as using powerful affirmations daily along with meditation or other means to quiet the mind and get into a more positive energy.
For others there are many repeated patterns over time that have created an energy stream of negativity that is more difficult to step out of or reverse the momentum (neuroplasticity). This includes thoughts about your body, your health and the way your body is meant to be or heal.
This is where using the Law of Attraction by itself may shortfall some people, even though it’s a very powerful tool. Combining specific energy healing (energy release) methods can raise the bar while using the Law of Attraction purposefully.
According the Abraham Hicks teachings, there is no “unconscious” or hidden beliefs blocking you from manifesting whatever you desire. If it is unconscious, that means it is not an active vibration in your current life and therefore has no affect on your manifesting. So, in essence, everything that is blocking your manifesting is “conscious” or active even if you are not really aware that it is affecting you on a myriad of subjects in your life or blocking you from having all that you desire.
In some instances, there might be beliefs in place that you have to follow your family’s history of health issues or that you must be the worst case scenario of anyone that a doctor has seen in regards to your health. I have seen these beliefs a lot with others that I work with.
I can help you identify the active vibrational beliefs and blocks to manifesting your best life so they can be resolved within your energy system.
“Rest your body”
Do you ever wonder why you need so much rest when you are ill or have a chronic illness either physically or emotionally? Your body needs rest and restoration. When you are sleeping your mind and body are not in a state of resistance. You are aligned with your Divine Spirit. Your body is better able to heal when you are resting and sleeping than when you are awake in a state of resistance especially if your life is filled with stress or if you don’t handle stress as easily as some seem to.
“You are what you eat”
Your body is a bundle of energy. And, food is a source of energy, either positive or negative. Are you in alignment with what you are consuming each day? Foods that are natural always resonate a higher energy than foods that are boxed, canned or packaged. It’s OK to eat sweets occasionally, however, most people consume way too much sugar each day than we were meant to. And, we use artificial means to boost our mood and our energy. The Universe has created many natural ways to boost our mood and our energy that we don’t utilize. Gentle exercise, healthy natural food choices such as fruits and vegetables that are nutrient dense to help our body’s natural immune function and raise our levels of feel good hormones, accupressure, meridian tapping, breath work, meditation, yoga, laughter, kissing and hugging and much more! And, for many just adding these to their daily life just feels really good! Their cells vibrate higher, their body becomes happy and knows it is being appreciated, loved and cared for and shifts into better health.
“The Universe is about ease”
The Universe is about ease and so is your body. There is no need to harm your body in order to be healthy. There is no need to struggle or torture your body in order to find alignment with Optimal Health. I know of some people who truly believe that the less “exercise” they do the more health they are. And, they appear to be in amazing health! They use their body in ways that feels good and they have a belief that they do not have to struggle or suffer in order to have good health. If you enjoy spending hours in the gym, then that’s the best way for you to stay fit, because you are in alignment with that. However, if you don’t find joy in spending time in a gym, you can use simple methods to obtain Optimal Health in your body. You can have ease and flow and enjoy the ways you move your body in order to be healthy.
I am not saying that the law of attraction is not a powerful tool when used consciously. I know from experience that in some cases, there is a lot of momentum in the negative energy and using energy healing can help clear the negative energy and powerful momentum and put you back into a more natural state of flow and abundance in your life with much more ease.
The truth is that the more negative thoughts and feelings you have about your body, the more ill health you will have. Your body is an energetic entity. Each cell has it’s own consciousness and knows exactly how to be healthy, if we would just get out of the way. If we would just stop the negative thoughts, beliefs, perceptions and feelings we have about our body and health. You have to find appreciation for your body and who you are in order to improve the conditions of your body permanently. You must come into alignment with who you really are for permanent lasting shifts in your physical health.
We have an internal system that is called “feelings” (or gut feelings) that is our natural guide to what is right or wrong for each of us individually. Most humans do not pay attention to their feelings and instincts. They usually do just the opposite because of what they have been taught throughout their life time.
You are taught not to trust your own self. We all have been taught this from infancy. We have been taught that someone else is a better authority over our own body and life. We are all infinite beings, Divine Spirit, and we all have the same connection to our Source Energy (God, Universe or other label). We all have the answers built in naturally to every question we could ever ask.
Our body’s have a way of communicating with us through energy and symptoms. When there is a symptom, there is disharmony in our system, sort of like a break in energy, like a broken electric cord and a disconnect in our self, our beliefs, in our thoughts that don’t resonate with our Divine Spirit or Higher Self (Source Energy, God). Symptoms have a purpose and are trying to tell us something, they have intentions.
Here are just a few of many intentions the body might be trying to communicate to you:
• I can’t be healthier than my family • to take on another person’s illness (as if it would help them feel better) • to avoid work or responsibility • to be the focus of someone’s attention • to resolve a conscious conflict • to hold power over someone • to remain a victim and so many more!
In order to heal our body or anything in our life, we have to bring our energy back into alignment with our Divine Spirit. In doing this, it removes the fight or flight energy in our body, and our body consciousness raises to Love frequency, and as a result naturally heals itself as it is meant to do.

Quantum Techniques Energy Healing is used effectively for weight loss – even by accident.
Hi Beautiful Souls!
My name is Yvette and I am an energy medicine practitioner and use energy healing in my life on a daily basis in order to live with Joy in my heart and more inner peace than I ever thought possible.
Many years ago, I discovered Quantum Techniques after studying many methods of energy healing and becoming certified in quite a few of those methods. I used the other methods and didn’t find the powerful benefit they all promised and continued searching for something better, more efficient that actually resulted in healing emotionally, physically and spiritually.
I called for my first session to deal with an issue on my leg that wouldn’t heal. Nothing I used seemed to make a significant impact on my healing as normal. I used tea tree oil, colloidal silver and other things including over the counter triple antibiotic as a last resort and it just would not heal and even got worse.
A welcomed side effect after my first session of Quantum Techniques is weight loss. When I had my initial remote energy healing session with Dr. Stephen Daniel (founder of Quantum Techniques) I lost about 16 pounds without even trying in just a couple months time. The only thing I did differently was remove items that my body identified as energetic toxins for me personally.
YUP! That’s me on the right – before and after!
My mom has done the same thing, and she has lost 32 pounds in about 5 months by only discontinuing the consumption of energetic toxins that her body identified for her personally. And, she added a couple individual vitamins that were recommended that her body was lacking for other health issues that tested good for her.
What is an energetic toxin?
An energetic toxin, is an item that your body identifies as (in simple terms) a poison or toxin on an energetic frequency level that can be tested with advanced remote muscle testing. Energy toxins can cause your body’s energy system to be disrupted and reversed instead of flowing clockwise as it should (the spin). If your energy system is flowing backward (“reversed” – you will hear this term when working with your QT practitioner) your body can not heal.
In a typical day, our body can be in a state of reversal many times, however it normally corrects itself. Your energy can become reversed by thinking negative thoughts, eating something that your specific body identifies as an energetic toxin, coming into contact with an inhaled energetic toxin, touching an energetic toxin, a spider bite or mosquito bite possibly, and even a very negative person that affects your mood and energy. Cigarettes are an energy toxin for most and so is fabric softener. Each person has personal energetic toxins and they may be different from anyone in your family or others that you know.
Sometimes a person’s energy is in a constant state of reversal, in many cases this person may have a chronic health condition or even cancer. Almost all people with cancer that have been tested in this manner, test as reversed energy.
If you are consuming an item that your body identifies as an energy toxin, every day, repeatedly throughout the day, your body may not be strong enough or have enough “down time” from that toxin, which can cause illness, emotional upsets, weight gain, difficulty losing weight and a number of other maladies including chronic illness (emotional or physical).
Example: Your body may identify WHEAT as an energetic toxin (which mine did). And, you have breakfast with toast (which contains bleached or un-bleached wheat flour). Then for lunch, you have a tuna sandwich (more bread – wheat). Than for dinner you have teriyaki chicken (Oh, yes, many sauces for some reason, have to have wheat in them). Then later, you have some cookies while watching TV before bed – (baked goods – more wheat). Imagine how your body is attempting to rid itself of this energetic toxin load, and you unknowingly keep feeding your body wheat. It doesn’t even have a chance to self correct and begin healing issues in your body.
Another real example is myself, my body identifies wheat as an energetic toxin and ‘reverser’. If I eat anything that has wheat in it, just one bite, within a very short time (usually 15-20 minutes) I become extremely depressed on the verge of not knowing why I am alive, with constant crying bouts and all along with anger & frustration. Similar thing happens when I eat cashews. Now, I LOVE cashews. I had to give them up. It is just not worth it! (2018 – Update, I have cleared both of these reactions on myself using QT energy healing)
Some energetic toxins leave no “physical” symptom like when I eat wheat or cashews. I could feel it almost immediately. In many cases, you won’t notice anything. You may however, wonder why you don’t heal, why you or someone you know has to take multiple rounds of antibiotics to heal, or why you have a chronic health condition, or it takes a REALLY, REALLY long time to lose weight no matter how much you work out or change your diet, or you may wonder why you are depressed all the time and not now why.
Identifying these energetic toxins is very simple and one of the first steps toward Optimal Health including weight loss.
In addition to removing the identified energetic toxins, your Quantum Techniques practitioner can also run a full session for weight loss, clearing energy frequencies that are preventing our body from losing weight as your body may not even recognize there is a weight issue. Are you trying to lose weight but it just won’t budge?
There may be things beyond your awareness that are preventing you from losing weight. And, you can do something about it!
Have you tried, and tried, and tried to lose weight, but your body seems to be working against you? Have you tried exercising every day, eating different, all the fad diets, body type or blood type weight loss plans and nothing helps?
I am going to give you a few tools to that might be very helpful. You might start out trying one, or all and see what changes for you.
Working with Quantum Techniques, I have found that there are so many things that could be blocking weight loss and other healing on physical and emotional levels that we are just not consciously aware of.
Our body’s are meant to self heal and be in a state of optimal health, that includes a healthy weight. In many cases, our body’s own intelligence is actually blinded by toxins and other things we may be using in our daily life. I am not just talking about toxins like chemicals that are poison. I am speaking of something much deeper. Everything is energy and therefore everything responds to other energy. Our body’s are no different. And, our body’s and cells have their own consciousness and intelligence and could work with our goals and desires if we (the mind and judgement) would just stay out of the way and let our body and cells do their jobs for us.
You may be using items on your body, or in your home or eating items that your body considers a “poison” basically, on an energetic level. When you use, consume or are around these toxins, your body’s energy meridian system becomes reversed, flowing backward. In turn, your body can not heal. It sort of turns the light switch in your body’s innate intelligence completely off. Your body becomes blind that there is anything wrong at all. This may mean that your body does not know it is sick, has cancer, has a tumor, has a cold, has arthritis, or has excess weight. Whatever it is, if you find that you have tried EVERYTHING to heal weight loss or other health issues, and nothing works for you, you very well may be using/eating or coming into contact regularly with items that are turning off your body’s own healing intelligence.
You may be eating items that are OK for your weight loss, however, you may not be eating the right amounts or calorie levels for YOU PERSONALLY. Your body needs different calories, protein, fat, carbs, sugars, water, and amounts of these items that are so different from any other person. Going by a chart that says you weigh such and such amount, and should only eat such and such calories and such and such carbs/protein, etc. to lose weight or maintain weight, is not really applicable for anyone in my opinion. In my understanding and experience, this is so very individual. I can help you find out exactly what your body needs and how much for your weight loss with advanced level bio-energetic muscle testing. Your friend or sister, or brother may need to eat only 1000 calories per day and specific amounts of whatever, and may be able to eat breaded chicken breast and lose weight, while, you may require 1500 calories and only low carb items with no breading, and so forth to lose weight.
You may also be eating items that are just not good against your personal weight loss. Maybe drinking milk or eating ham or whatever, is blocking your body from losing weight. This is different than the above toxin issue. Your body may need you to eat specific things and avoid specific things in order to lose weight. This is not about eating for your blood type or body type or low carb, low glycemic, fat free, only eating fish, vegetarian or whatever. This is tailored to YOUR personal body’s intelligence. It may be hard to believe or understand, but, your body knows what it needs to have to do what you are asking of it. Your belief and judgement, just causes blocks to your body’s own intelligence. That could be in the other direction also, bulking up or for optimal muscle mass. You may be following what others have told you or what you have read in fitness or muscle magazines and articles, and your body may disagree. You and your energy system are completely different than any other person in the world that has ever lived or will ever live!
What can you do to fix this?
One the most beneficial things you can do to begin with, would be to have your personal care items, all foods and supplements and items you eat, along with other items you regularly come into contact with tested and remove these items from your diet or personal care items. Do yo work in a chemical factory or other area where your body is battling inhaled toxins daily? Or are you near a cell tower receiving EMF frequencies regularly? We can test if your body will work with you to clear these items that are necessary for you to be around (such as a job) so your body is not in a state of reversal constantly. This can also be used in cases where you take a necessary medication that may be considered toxic by your body and cells. This would not be used to continue eating what you want just because you don’t want to change your diet. Your body knows the difference. What else can you do now to work with your body for healing and weight loss?
Appreciation of your body – What one thing (or more) can you find about your body that you can feel appreciation for right now? Your eyes, smile, your perfect nose, your feet, your delicate hands, your strong hands, our skin your long legs, your short legs, your awesome hair? How about just appreciating our lungs for they allow us to breathe every day and they filter toxins and pollutants from our body. Our skin that filters toxins and breathes & holds everything inside where it belongs along with the fascia? Our brain that enables us to think in a way unlike any other creature on earth? Our eyes to see? Our ears to hear? Our taste buds to taste exquisite, and delicious varieties of foods? What else? Everything is energy and resonates at a specific frequency (which can be measured with specific scientific instruments). It has been proven that Love & appreciation among other emotions are of the highest frequency. If you are feeling disgust and loathing for your body, your body is aware and the frequency is lower and can not heal (or lose weight or whatever you are wanting your body to do) or work at it’s optimal level. Why do you think athletes have such amazing stamina and healthy body’s? They appreciate their body and what it is capable of. They feed it and nourish it with healthy foods, which not only benefits on a physical level because the food resonates at a higher frequency, but also on an energetic level of body appreciation frequency. An athlete or other person that loves & appreciates their body does not feed it garbage all day. They show their body Love & appreciate by taking care of it on all levels. They exercise and feed it oxygen. They may indulge in an ice cream sundae once in a while or take a day off from exercise (rarely), but not every day. And, because their body is healthy and flowing in an optimal energy frequency, it can easily rid itself of naturally of toxins it comes into contact with each day. I challenge you to find one thing today and each day (even if it is the same thing) to feeltrue appreciation for in or about your body.
Exercise – This does not even have to be strenuous or crazy amounts. But, your body does need to get up and move. Exercise not only uses extra calories, but also brings more oxygen into your body. An image just came to me, no movement = no oxygen ( I picture my organs just lying around, sort of like couch potatoes, listless, tired, soft, gray and lifeless without color, without true form), and movement = oxygen & regeneration (I see my organs as breathing, happy, vibrant, regenerating new cells, moving around with energy, firm and with form inside my body where they should be, with healthy color). I even sat up straighter in my chair as I type this when I had this vision.
Water – Our body’s are made up of about 55-60% water for an adult and about 75-78% for an infant. That tells me that my body NEEDS water to stay alive. I have read that our body can not survive more than a couple days without water/hydration. Your body needs water for it’s electrical system and all systems to work efficiently. When you are dehydrated, your body is tired and your organs are working overtime due to lack of water. It is my understanding that it is optimal to drink half of your body weight in clean fresh water, in ounces each day – that is the optimal amount. So if you weigh 200 lbs, you would drink 100 ounces of clean, pure water each day. This does not include water with other stuff in it, or tea or coffee, soda, alcoholic beverages, etc. Sorry, 5 Starbucks coffees a day, does not count! The water you drink is actually going to help clean these items out of your body. Your body needs pure water!
Eat clean – This does not have to be organic. This means eating as clean as you possibly can most of the time (based on what tests good for you during your session would be even more beneficial). If you are going it alone without a session, I might say try for at least 80% of the time to start. Or remove an item a day or every couple days that you know is not benefiting you – like that daily soda or Starbucks or those cookies or ice cream every night before bed. Sometimes baby steps are all that you are comfortable with. Any change in the right direction is to be celebrated! Your body will be grateful and show you appreciation in the way if behaves and responds. And, so will your mind and emotions.
Vitamins & Supplements that test good for you – In many cases, when losing weight or moving toward optimal health, our body may need additional support with vitamins & minerals, etc. Your body may need to specific supplementation to help your organs/glands & tissues work optimally and be fully nourished. Before choosing those vitamins & minerals, I encourage you to read this post here for some very informative information to help make choices
Meditation – Yes, meditation. You don’t have to be ultra-spiritual or be into voo-doo or a flower child in today’s world to meditate – even corporate heads, celebrities and athletes & musicians meditate daily and promote it openly. Even just a few minutes a day, can be super beneficial on all levels, emotional & physical. It is my understanding and experience that meditating can most definitely bring a state of calm to an otherwise stress filled day. And, in my research, studies show that meditation can lower blood pressure (also beneficial for high stress lives that many lead). Meditation has been shown to actually facilitate & benefit healing physically & emotionally. Meditation can be just sitting and clearing your mind for 5 minutes. Find a quiet place, without interruption and just close your eyes and think of being on the beach or petting your dog (or whatever helps you feel calm) and just imagine that serenity. Or you could use a mantra or prayer for meditation or even soothing music. Meditation is meant to bring you back to the present moment (even if only for a moment or two), take you out of your thoughts and find a calm within – yes, it may be hard to believe, it is there, and we all have access to it, you just have to ask and seek it out to find it!) Try it, you will probably never want to stop once you do. In fact many successful corporations today even have places at work, for their employees to go for meditation and calm which can be so beneficial for productivity and a happy work environment in general.
Of course there are always other things you can do to assist in healthy weight loss. These are just a few I find helpful and beneficial not only for weight loss but, general wellness of our body.

How do you know if the supplements you take are the right ones for your body right now?
How do you know if you are taking the right dose for your body’s nutritional needs at this time?
How do you know if your vitamins & supplements or other items aren’t actually hindering your health, well being, weight loss, etc.?
One of the things I do in my personal life as well as with clients, is to use advanced level bio-energetic muscle testing to determine what items they use are personal energetic toxins and energy reversal items. This could be anything ingested, inhaled, any contact items or injected items and other items. If you are coming into contact with items that are energetic toxins or energy reversing items for you on a personal level, your energy system is running backwards, and your healing is blocked, any kind of healing with any method. This includes standard medicine, medications, Reflexology, Chiropractic, massage, energy medicine, Reiki, etc., all of it. Basically, you can receive the healing, and it just won’t stick, which means not only are you staying in a state of dis-ease, but also just wasting money.
Recently, I was testing some supplements that I had to see if it was worth even taking them for my body’s needs. Of course I had tested if the supplement was good for my body, meaning it is not an energetic toxin that would cause my energy meridians to be in a a reversed state which blocks any healing of any kind.
Then I went on to test if it would be beneficial or significantly beneficial to use the supplement at all. Testing showed that it would be significantly beneficial with the correct dosage. When I tested the supplement, testing showed that my body would like to have this supplement at this time. I also tested that my body would need 4000mg for a significant health benefit and healing.
Ok, you may say, how can this information benefit me?
The recommended amount on the bottle was 1000mg (1 little itty bitty scoop that came with the supplement). So, if I had purchased the supplement assuming that I was going to take the recommended dosage, I would assume that my supplement might last me 4X longer than testing shows, since my body wants 4X the recommended dosage right now.
A person might be on a limited budget and assuming they will be taking the recommended dosage feel the investment is worth the cost since it may last quite a bit longer. Well, if this is the case, and you find that you should be taking 4X the recommended amount, than you will be purchasing the supplement frequently and if cost is a factor for you, you might choose not to purchase at all since taking a quarter of what your body may need, may not yield any real significant health benefit or results.
If you assume that you should be taking the standard amount, you may not even notice a difference in the way you feel using the supplement, which is one of the major reasons for taking it, right? So, like many people I have known, including myself, I have taken supplements in the past, and felt no significant change and felt that it was just a waste of money to take the vitamin or supplement and kind of got irritated that nothing really seemed to change and I didn’t feel any better after taking a vitamin or supplement for a length of time.
If I had tested that the the vitamin or supplement was an energetic toxin or energetic reversal item for me personally, I would not purchase the item, saving a significant amount of money over time.
Without testing, I may have purchased it and it could have been an energetic toxin or energetic reversal item to my body. If that is the case, it may even worsen my health, my symptoms, generate new symptoms and prevent me from healing anything at all.

What are you actually eating and is it safe or is it even real food?
Would you really want to eat it if you knew?
This post is both humorous a bit due to the actual nature, and can also be a serious issue if you don’t do a little research and take responsibility for your own health.
The more I find out about what goes into our food that we buy, the more it makes me think it would be better to just grow my own garden and never buy anything at the market again, including some health food stores.
My brother and I were having a discussion this week, and he told me about an event that recently took place that, well… made us both laugh and make silly jokes, but sort of just grossed me out. And, as we talked and laughed about it, also get’s me frustrated a bit about the manufacturers of our food.
I know there is the whole Monsanto issue everyone talks about and in general, this isn’t really a new subject at all. However, there are also other food issues that in my opinion can be just as concerning.
So, my brother was in a local health food store where he regularly shops, and saw some “natural” peanut butter cups that he had never noticed before. So, he picked them up and proceeded to check out the ingredients. One of the ingredients was unfamiliar to him, and so he became suspicious and searched the item on his cell phone (Thank you for cell phones!!!). My brother, fortunately, likes to know what is being put into his body and researches his food.
Anyhow, the ingredient was called castoreum. Simply put it is anal secretions that beavers use to mark their territory. It is a “natural” alternative to vanilla. Ok, so a little humor first, let’s just get it out of the way. My family can just get silly about “silly” things and get really laughing and fun about certain subjects. Our first question of course was, “who decided that beaver anal secretions would be a vanilla alternative for food?” as we laughed and joked. Who actually was the person to think “hmm, I wonder if this beaver anal secretion would smell and taste like vanilla and I could use it in my food?” And, other than a person having a vanilla allergy, why would you substitute real vanilla? We also have fake vanilla (chemicals) that are used in some foods, that even though I would not want to eat it, I think I would maybe even choose it over the ingredient mentioned above from beavers if I absolutely had to.
Now, I am all about growth and advancement in the right direction for the betterment of the Universe we live in. However, despite the jokes and humor that one could find in this, why, just why? WHY?
Past the humor, there is a real serious issue here. An article that I read stated that it can be used for vanilla flavoring in baked goods, chewing gum, pudding, etc. It also stated that, in the U.S., castoreum is sometimes just cited as “natural flavoring,” in ingredient lists. The short article also stated that “beavers aren’t bred with the goal of harvesting their butt mucus, so it’s not likely to be a very common source of vanilla flavoring, according to the Agency.”
I think we have a right to know exactly what is being put into our food that we buy. Of course the other alternative is to just eat 100% natural home grown or buy from trusted sources in your area.
Not everyone has the time, ability, know how or even the desire to grow all of their own food and we should be able to trust the sources that take care of this for us. I am sure that some people feel safer not know either. I know this may be a small issue, however, it just makes me think a little more about what I purchase at local markets and wonder what other “natural flavoring” ingredients are being put into our foods. And, if the company’s that make them have to label them as “natural flavoring” they obviously know that we, the public, would probably not purchase the item if we knew what that “natural flavoring” actually was. Right?
Just a little humor for your day, I hope. But, also a small wake up call to really start checking what you actually put into your body to take responsibility for your whole well being and health. There are so many more dangerous ingredients that are put into our food that we just take for granted that they are safe to eat because they are in our food and it “should” be safe for us to eat.

I am not sure about you, but I don’t remember my family showing much gratitude for anything when I was growing up. It took me a long time as an adult, to realize how important the power of gratitude really is.
Like many of you, I love my parents dearly. However, in complete honesty, I do not remember ever feeling that my parents or other grown ups we may have been around frequently, showed a whole lot of gratitude. In fact, I remember a LOT of complaining. And, as I look back upon my life, and knowing about the Law of Attraction now, and how important the feeling of gratitude and appreciation is in attracting the life you desire, I can honestly say, that the the life I lived, the way I grew up, the neighborhood I lived in, my general surroundings, and on and on, shows the level of gratitude and appreciation that everyone around me had and my own family had, too.
One place in particular I can remember living (a specific neighborhood), was very low income. And, when I think back about the general attitude of the people that lived around me, and the feeling I get even now as I look back, is not one of joy, positivity and appreciation by any means. Most of the people were very negative, had bad attitudes, didn’t really smile if you looked at them. If you looked at them, you felt like they were probably thinking “what the hell are you looking at?”. And, in some cases were ready for a fight at the drop of a hat. And, of course, very money poor.
Now you might say, “well, of course they had such bad attitudes, they had nothing, no money, lousy jobs, lived in a bad neighborhood, blah, blah”. I now realize, it is the exact opposite.
You have to have to be a higher vibration. You have to emit a higher vibration. You have to send out gratitude, joy, happiness, appreciation, Love, and so on, to receive anything in life to be grateful for, to be joyful about, the find happiness in, to appreciate and to Love.
You attract WHAT YOU ARE! That is the plain truth. If you are un-appreciative and find fault about everything and everyone, you will never attract anything or anyone to feel appreciation for. If you are constantly criticizing everyone and everything, BINGO, you are going to only attract more situations to criticize and more people to criticize that irritate the heck out of you! They will never be good enough for you.
I had to take a really hard look at my life and see that I did not have much gratitude for certain things. And, even though I can move past how I was raised and chooseto be different now, I do see that it was a part of how I was raised. I feel it is so very important now, to teach your children the simple phrase “Thank you”. And even more, to FEEL it. To FEEL appreciation. When you feel appreciation from your heart, you know it and it feels really good! And, once you actually feel that feeling, you want more of it! All….the…..time….
Some of you that are reading this, may be struggling through some very difficult times, financially, health, relationship, job or whatever. I highly encourage you, to choose right now, to change the way you feel. LOOK for SOMETHING, ANYTHING, to be grateful for. Even better, look for something to be grateful for in the that thing you are struggling in. If it is a relationship with your spouse or loved one, look for one thing, just one small thing, to be grateful for about that person. It could be something from the past. It might be small, like something they did that made you laugh. It could be the way your partner used to grab you, and pull you close and kiss you with passion. Bring up that memory, and SOAK in it, and FEEL it as if it were happening again, RIGHT NOW.
If it is our health, or someone else’s health that you care about. Find appreciation in anything you can, just one thing about your body, the fact that you breathe air, that your beats all day to keep you alive, that you have all your brain functions and can think clearly. Whatever! Be grateful that your loved one is still here with you for you to kiss, hug, hold hands with, talk to, and listen to and laugh with. There has got to be something. Again, it can be in the past. JUST do it now!
If it is about money, be grateful for all the money you have ever made, had, received, been gifted, been able to gift to another. Be grateful that somehow, you have a home, food, transportation (even if it’s your own legs). Instead of thinking that you don’t have the house you want, think of the fact that you actually have a roof over your head that protects you and your family every night as you sleep. Keeps you safe from bad weather. Say “thank you” to your home. Everything is energy. Everything is it’s own consciousness whether you want to believe it or not, doesn’t make it so or not. It just is.
Say thank you to your body, to your heart for beating, to your legs for supporting you and getting you around, for dancing. Say thank you to your eyes for seeing all the beauty and colors. Say thank you to your mouth for tasting, talking, laughing, kissing! Say thank you to your ears for hearing the laughter of your child, the barks of your faithful loving dog, the purring of your cat as you pet it, the beautiful music that you hear, the rustling of the trees, the sound of rain. Say thank you (out loud, or in silence to yourself) to your lover, your partner, your mate, your friend or other person for who they are and what they bring to your life. What would your life be if they were not in it. I bet if they died tomorrow, you could think of a lot of things you would dearly miss! Feel the appreciation for them, just one thing. I bet that when you keep doing it, your relationship will magically change!
Your children! Oh, I could go on for hours about children! Your children need to feel loved, too! They need to know that they are not a burden. They need to feel that you love and appreciate them! When you children do something for you, instead of finding fault with what they missed or didn’t do, say “thank you” for what they did do, and let them feel the true gratitude from your heart.
True experience: I was responsible for doing the dishes sometimes when I was young. And, I would sometimes do them without being told to. I would really want to surprise my parents and show them that I cared and get a “kudos” from them, too I am sure. I was so excited for them to come home, to a clean sink, no dirty dishes. Instead of a thank you, I would receive complaints about what was left. I didn’t wipe the table or the counters were still wet/dirty, or something. I never received just “thank you”. As a child, I can say this is VERY IMPORTANT. As an adult, I can look back and say that it hurt, and also shaped me. Actually in a good way. I try my best to always say “thank you” when my children do things, especially out of the blue. I know how much it really means to show them that true appreciation! And, it is shaping them for their life and teaching them to show true gratitude. I don’t ask in that moment, why something else wasn’t done to go along with it. It doesn’t matter! My child just showed me LOVE! And, I bet the more you show your children appreciation, the more they are going to do things for you to be appreciative of! Kids LOVE, NEED AND CRAVE Love, appreciation and attention and a KUDOS from their parents!
I could go on all day – but you get the point.

Do you get enough salt in your diet?What are the health benefits of salt? Did you know that it is possible to have healing with food? Many standard health professionals talk about the health risks of too much salt, but did you know that there are actually health benefits of salt? I mean the right kind of salt. I am talking about Himalayan pink salt.
I personally use Himalayan salt and have for a while in my kitchen. I have never been a person to add lot of salt to my dishes, I am more of a sweet tooth. However, quite some time ago, I heard that Himalayan salt actually has 84 essential nutrients that our body needs! Wow! That was cool information in itself! I was impressed and did some more research and found there are other benefits from changing from normal white iodized salt, to healthier pink Himalayan salt.
Did you know that salt is actually essential for life? It actually aidsin regulating and maintaining health blood pressure and is vital for our nervous system. Chloride is essential for our brain and neurological function and thinking. The main source of chloride in our body is salt. Salt is also necessary for metabolism and digestion. It is also crucial for our adrenal function, which is responsible for the release and regulation of over 50 of our bodies hormones (I was not aware our bodies had over 50 hormones, were you?) From the video link I am attaching, it states that in many cases craving salt is a sign of poor adrenal functioning.
Himalayan salt is taken from the Himalayas in deep deposits in the mountains over 250 million years old. I am pretty sure there were no man made chemicals back then to contaminate it.
Himalayan salt has no added chemicals or processing ~ is 85% sodium chloride and the remaining 15% is 84 trace elements and minerals (in a highly absorbable colloidal form) that our body needs and no added iodine. And, even though our bodies need iodine, it should not come from traditional table salt. There are many other highly nutritious ways to get natural iodine in our bodies. (healthy diet, etc.)
White table salt is 97.5% sodium chloride and 2.5% other stuff such as chemicals (moisture absorbents, iodine, anti-caking compounds~ferrocyanide & aluminosilicate, some countries also add flouride to table salt). Ferrocyanide, I don’t like the sound of anything that sounds like cyanide and aluminosilicate sounds like, you guessed it, a form of aluminum, and it is.A little research suggests that Potassium ferrocyanide is produced industrially from hydrogen cyanide, ferrous chloride, and calcium hydroxide, the combination of which affords Ca2[Fe(CN)6] · 11H2O. This solution is then treated with potassium salts to precipitate the mixed calcium-potassium salt CaK2[Fe(CN)6], which in turn is treated with potassium carbonate to give the tetrapotassium salt.[4]
It just sounds so chemical to me.
In making traditional white table salt, they heat to 1200 degrees which actually alters the chemical structuring of salt.
Sea salt, although better than traditional table salt, is also not as healthy as Himalayan salt. Due to chemicals being dumped and spilled into the ocean, it resides in the sea salt.
Himalayan salt just tastes better (as the video suggests). I do agree. I find that normal white table salt has almost a pungent or tart sort of flavor. I find Himalayan salt much more gentle, mild and maybe even sweeter.
Himalayan salt comes in different forms, from a table salt shaker style in coarse granules to finer grains, salt lamps (which I do own and love! The light is so calming and there are other health benefits for your home in owning/using one ~another post maybe) and salt “boards” for cooking on.
